- 1/2 cup Brown rice flakes
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cups Milk
- 3/4 cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
How to make Brown Rice Flakes Pudding / Desi Poha Kheer Recipe
To prepare Brown Rice Flakes Pudding/Desi Poha Kheer Recipe, rinse the poha well and soak in a cup of water for about 15 minutes.
Drain all excess water.
Transfer poha into a Pressure cooker.
Add the milk and cardamom powder.
Close the lid and pressure cook at low heat for 15-20 minutes until 1 whistle, or till cooked well.
Switch off the flame and allow the pressure to release by itself.
