How to make Chickoo - Sapota Puree Recipe For Babies And Toddlers
To begin making Chickoo Puree, you have to first choose the freshest and ripe fruit. The riper the fruit, more the nutrition.
Cut the chickoo into 2 halves and using a spoon, scoop out the fleshly insides and place them aside. Do remove the seeds and discard them.
Add the scooped out chickoo flesh and add it to a small blender. You can alternatively, use the back of a fork to whisk the chickoo flesh into a smooth puree.
Transfer the Chickoo Puree into a baby bowl.
