- 1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
- 4 tablespoons Sesame (Gingelly) Oil , (or Vegetable Oil)
- 2 sprig Spring Onion Greens , for garnishing
- Salt , to taste
How to make Sichuan Style Chilli Potato Recipe
To begin making the Sichuan Chilli Potato Recipe, heat oil in a wok on a medium heat; add sesame seeds, ginger, green chillies, garlic. Sauté for a few seconds and add the potatoes.
Sauté for a few minutes until you notice the potatoes are getting lightly crispy and browned.
Turn the heat to high; add the Sichuan sauce, sweet chilli sauce and sauté for 2 minutes on high flame, taking care not to mash the potatoes.
