- 1 Fresh Pomegranate Fruit Kernels , shelled
- 1 Onion , sliced
- 1/2 cup Pecans , or walnuts, chopped For the dressing
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Parsley leaves , dried
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
