- 1/3 cup Spring Onion Greens , finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes , finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme leaves , finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
