Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Recipe
Froyo of strawberry
Tasty food never really needs exquisite ingredients and tons of hard work. Add a lot of joy and love into the simple recipe and see how the result turns exotic.
So how did this quick treat happen? A pack of fresh gorgeous strawberries in the fridge plus a hot sunny day meant it's time for me to whip some homemade ice-cream. But who’s got the patience to wait for half a day? I threw the chopped berries and some yogurt into the freezer before I went for a walk. And then about an hour later, I simply churned the lot in my electric mixer, scooped it into a bowl and dived right in.
You must try this. Everyone needs a ‘pick me up’ after a busy day and this is exactly that.
