- 300 grams Green beans (French Beans) , cut into inch pieces and blanched
- 10 cloves Garlic , thinly sliced
- 2 Dry Red Chillies , de-seeded and roughly torn
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt , to taste

Now, blanch the beans with enough water with salt for 2 minutes and transfer it into cold water to retain its crunch.

Drain and add the blanched beans into the pan and give it a good stir.
