- 5 tablespoon Homemade Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- Water , as required Hoisin Tofu Mushroom Stir Fry
- 200 grams Tofu , cubed
- 200 grams Button mushrooms , quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
- 2 sprig Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens)
