  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber , chopped fine
  • 1 Potato (Aloo) , boiled and diced
  • 1 Tomato , chopped fine
  • 2 Green Chillies , chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • 2 tablespoons Dry coconut (kopra) , chopped
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Muri Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil

How to make Jhal Muri/Moodi Recipe -Spicy Puffed Rice

  1. To begin making the Jhal Muri/Moodi Recipe, in a large bowl combine all the ingredients listed like the puffed rice, potatoes, onions, cucumber, tomatoes, green chillis, peanuts, dry coconut, coriander leaves, lemon juice, muri masala and mustard oil and give it a good stir until well combined.
