- 1 tablespoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
- 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- Salt , to taste
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- Oil , for deep frying
