- 1/4 cup Jaggery , powdered
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- Salt , to taste
- Ghee , for cooking
How to make Maharashtrian Style Dashmi Roti Recipe (Jaggery Flatbread)
To begin making the Maharashtrian Style Dashmi Roti (Jaggery Flat Bread Recipe) add all the ingredients into a bowl.
Add little water and knead it slowly to form a soft and non-sticky dough.
Pinch out a small ball of the dough. Heat a Flat bottomed pan.
Roll the ball of dough into a circular shape and add the rolled paratha with some ghee and cook it on both the sides for about 2 minutes.
