  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/4 cup Oil , & more to deep fry
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk

  1. To begin making North East Khapse Recipe (Deep Fried Biscuits From Arunachal), dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water. Combine flour, oil, sugar water and milk in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix everything together to make a smooth ball of dough. Roll out the dough to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
