- 1/2 cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) , soaked overnight and cooked
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 5 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
How to make Spinach Hummus Recipe
To begin making the Spinach Hummus Recipe we will boil the soaked chickpeas with enough water in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes. Till it is cooked is soft.
In a mixer add all the ingredients and blitz till you get a creamy and not too smooth consistency.
