- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini) Wet ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach , puree
- 1 Ripe Bananas , mashed
- 6 tablespoon Milk
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Whole Egg
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract For garnish
- 10 Pistachios , chopped
How to make Sweet Spinach Whole Wheat Muffin Recipe
To begin making the Sweet Spinach Whole Wheat Muffin Recipe take all the dry ingredients in one bowl and measure out all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius to 10 minutes and keep it ready.
Whisk in the wet ingredients till it combines well. Add the wet ingredients slowly to the dry ingredients and fold in the flour to combine well.
