- 1 cup Button mushrooms , thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
- Salt , to taste
- 4 Corn flour tortilla
How to make Mexican Style Vegetable Fajita Recipe
To make Vegetable Mexican Fajita recipe, in a Skillet, heat oil over a medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic cloves. Fry them until they become light brownish.
Add sliced onions and fry them until they are translucent.
