Sunday

Make bhurji and keep it in fridge. Stock with Bread slices and cheese. Grate carrot and cabbage for salad and keep it in fridge. Overhead Cauliflower into florets and chop beans for poriyal, make pudina paste and keep it in fridge for pudina tawa paratha. Make rice and stock with curd in the fridge.

Monday

Make the Appam batter and store it in fridge. Also make tomato chutney to serve next day in the lunch box. Stock with almonds and walnuts. To make Chinese style green beans, chop and remove string of beans. Keep all the spice masala and onions, potatoes prepared for Chettinad style pulao. Stock your fridge with curd.

Tuesday

Soak rice make batter for Maharashtrian Ghavan, to make fresh and pack. Also make coconut chutney and refrigerate. Make herbed muffins and keep to pack it next day. Blend spinach, chop capsicum and onions, you can also cook the pasta and keep it refrigerated. Make crusty cheese garlic bread to pack it next day. Stock with fresh fruits.

Wednesday

Make the filling, cooked with all the roasted masalas called bhajia masala and urad dal for the Radhaballabhi and keep ready. You can also make the poori dough and refrigerate to make the stuffed pooris quickly in the morning. Make Boil potatoes, make gravy and keep for Dum Aloo keep it less spicy and delicious. Make Eggless Beetroot Brownie Recipe Made with Amaranth Flour during the weekend and store them in airtight, so that you can use it for snack box and after school snacks. Stock with curd for kadhi.
