Wednesday | Have some idli batter to make the mini idlis, or you can make the idlis the previous day and toss to make the upma fresh. |
Thursday | Have some cauliflower florets washed and ready and also the tomato puree for the mousallam. Make the mousallam will be quick. |
Friday | Prepare the thepla dough the previous day. And the vegetables prepped for the pasta the previous day. |
