Tamatari Chole, Tawa Paratha & Beetroot and Carrot Salad
Tips for preparation : Paratha dough can be kneaded and kept in the fridge for up to two days in an airtight container. For the Tamatari Chole, do not forget to soak the chana the previous night or the morning before leaving for office.

Tips for preparation: Any time you have green leafy vegetables as part of you meal, its best to keep prep and clean them much earlier so that you won't have that to worry about before preparing dinner.
Thursday

Tips for preparation : You can make the dough for the dhokli earlier and keep it in the fridge. If you are really short on time, you can pressure cook the toor dal and keep it in the fridge and bring it out at least 30 minutes before cooking it again

Tips for preparation: The batter for the oats idli can be prepared earlier. Make sure to keep the palak cut and cleaned so that you don't have to spend time doing that before dinner
