- 1 cup Red Yellow and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) , chopped
- Lettuce leaves , as required, chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped For dressing
- 2 tablespoons Classic Mayonnaise (With Egg)
- 3 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 3 cloves Garlic , pounded
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
