Mini Idli Upma are a simple recipe which you can make with any left over idlis. Pack it along with your kids favourite chutney like green coriander and coconut chutney. 

Tuesday

Sesame Noodles & Kung Pao Tofu

Sesame Noodles Recipe With Napa Cabbage, is a delicious  quick and easy Noodle recipe that your kids will enjoy. Nappa Cabbage is full of  vitamins and minerals, zinc and folate. You can add normal cabbage as well if you do not find nappa cabbage. Pack this along with Kung Pao Tofu With Vegetables. Prep the vegetables required the previous day and keep in airtight container in the fridge.

 

Wednesday

Grilled Sandwich & Fresh Fruit Bowl

Grilled Tomato cucumber with green chutney sandwich are easy to make on a rushed morning. You can make and keep green chutney refrigerated for up to a week in the fridge. Pack it with a fruit bowl with seasonal fruits.

Thursday

Rajma Masala & Peas Pulao

Here is a simple Rajma masala recipe that can be made in one pot. you can even make the gravy the previous night and store in the fridge and pack it with fresh peas pulao the next day. Rajma are the richest source of plant protein and highly nutritious.

Aloo Frankie & Fresh Fruit Bowl

Quick, easy and delicious spicy aloo frankie are a kids favourite. Simple pan roasted masala potatoes are added inside a frankie. You can boil and keep the potatoes in an airtight container the previous night.
