- 2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- Salt , a pinch For tempering
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/ Kadugu)
- 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
- 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
- Oil
How to make Amrood Raita Recipe - Guava Raita
To begin making the Guava Raita Recipe, chop the ripe guava into small pieces and add it into a bowl filled with curd.
Sprinkle little salt and mix well.
Heat a tempering pan with oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal and allow it sizzle.
Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and leave it to crackle. Sprinkle hing and pour it on top of the raita and serve.
