- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

- 1 Tomato , chopped
How to make Andhra Style Munakkada Masala Kura Recipe - Drumstick Dry Curry Recipe
To begin making the Andhra Style Munakkada Masala Kura Recipe, heat a flat skillet. Roast the peanuts and coriander seeds for 20 seconds.
Add the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and grated coconut and saute till it become light brown. Cool it down and add tomatoes and grind it into a smooth paste.
Heat a sauce pan with oil, add ginger garlic paste and onions, fry till it is translucent. Add the ground paste and red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute till the masala is cooked.
After 10 minutes, add the chopped drumstick, little water and cover it with the lid and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Cook until the oil is released from the masala. Check for salt and serve hot.
