Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes (Aloo) , cut into wedges with skin peeled
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • Parsley leaves , small bunch, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce , optionally to garnish

How to make Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

  1. To begin making the Baked Potato Wedge Recipe, toss the potatoes with the herbs, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt.

  2. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for marination for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven at about 180 C. 

  4. Arrange the potato slices on a greased baking tray. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

  5. Turn the potatoes half way through the baking process and bake until they turn brown and a little crisp on the edges. 

  6. Serve the Baked Potato Wedges along with Yogurt Dip for the holiday parties or even as a tea time snack for kids and family.
