- 300 grams Green Amaranth Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , roasted
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 3 Garlic , cloves, finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger , grated
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
- Salt , to taste
- Mustard oil , for cooking
