- 2 Sweet Potatoes , half boiled and grated
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Button mushrooms , chopped
- 200 grams Tofu , crumbled
- 6 tablespoon Oats Flour
- 3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera) , roasted and ground
- 300 ml Oil
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
