Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Hakka Noodles
  • 4 Stalks Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) , finely chopped
  • 2 Carrot (Gajjar) , julienned
  • 15 Green beans (French Beans) , cut thin lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli , cut into florets
  • 2 stalks Celery , finely chopped with leaves
  • 1 tablespoons Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce) , optional
  • 1 liter Water
  • Salt , to taste
  • 2 Stalks Spring Onion Greens , finely chopped

How to make Vegetarian Chinese Noodle Bowl | Noodle Soup | Ramen Bowl Made Using Millet Noodles

  1. To begin making the Vegetarian Noodle Bowl Recipe prep all the vegetables and keep ready.

  2. The first step is to cook the vegetables for the noodle soup. To do this, heat a teaspoon of oil in a wok. Add the spring onions, carrots, beans, broccoli and beans. Sprinkle some salt and stir-fry on high heat until the vegetables are partially cooked to al dente.

  3. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the Archana's Kitchen Millet Noodles to it. Allow the noodles to soften just a bit. As soon as the noodles soften. We want the noodles that are not fully cooked, but have just softened in water. 

  4. Add the cooked vegetables, the whole pack Archana's Kitchen Noodle Masala/ Spice Mix, sweet and spicy red chilli sauce and give all the noodle soup a brisk boil.

  5. Check for the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste.

  6. Turn off the heat and the Vegetarian Noodle Bowl is now ready to be served as a wholesome meal on its own.
