  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts , coarsely chopped
  • 2 Whole Eggs , (or flax meal egg replacer)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Salted)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ripe Bananas , mashed

  1. To begin making the Classic Banana Walnut Steamed Bread Recipe in Preethi Electric Pressure Cooker, sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl; keep aside.
