- 1/2 cup Couscous
- 1 Onion , finely chopped
- 1 Tomato , finely chopped
- 1 Cucumber , finely chopped
- 1 Mango (Raw) , finely chopped
- Parsley leaves , a small bunch finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt , to taste
- Black pepper powder , to taste
