The mojo sauce dressing is a delicious combination of herbs, orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil.   • 2 Tomatoes , diced (or cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 Red Yellow and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) , finely chopped
  • 1 Red onion , chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet corn , steamed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Parsley leaves , small bunch, finely chopped
  • Salt , to taste
  • Ingredients for Mojo Sauce Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh orange juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest (Rind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt , to taste

  1. To begin making the Cuban Black Bean Salad Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready. If you don't find black beans, you can also cook Rajma (red kidney beans) ahead of time and use it in this salad.
