Ingredients
- 450 grams Ripe Bananas , pureed
- 525 ml Coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Rum
- 1/2 Lemon juice , Juice from half a lemon
- pinch Salt
How to make Gluten Free Banana Coconut Milk Ice Cream
To begin making the Coconut Milk Ice Cream, blend all the ingredients together and make a fine puree. If you have an ice-cream maker, add the puree to it and follow the instructions to make the ice cream.
Else you can pour the mixture into a freezer proof bowl, cover airtight and freeze until set. Once frozen, beat once again thoroughly using a blender and refreeze until set. This takes about 12 to 15 hours.
