  • 5 Tomatoes , quartered
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese , crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme leaves , dried
  • 5 Black olives
  • Whole Black Peppercorns , pound,for seasoning
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil , for cooking
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • For hummus
  • 1 cup Homemade Hummus

  1. To begin making the Greek Style Grilled Pita Pizza Recipe, firstly grill the pita bread on a griddle pan with some oil. Turn over and cook both the sides till it is golden brown.

  2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and add salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil and toss them in a small bowl and keep it aside.
