- 1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) , soaked
- 1 Onion , finely chopped
- 3 Cloves (Laung) , garlic
- 2 Celery , stalks, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Homemade tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns , coarsely pounded
- 2 sprig Fresh Thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- Salt , to taste
