- 1 Onion , sliced
- 2 cups Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) , thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrot (Gajjar) , shredded
- 1/2 cup Green peas (Matar)
- 3/4 cup Potatoes (Aloo) , boiled and mashed
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) , thinly sliced
- 1 cup Tomato , chopped
- 1 inch Ginger , finely shredded
- 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
- 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
How to make Healthy Vegetable Paratha Rolls Recipe
To begin making the Healthy Vegetable Paratha Rolls Recipe, make sure you have freshly made hot tawa parathas ready. You can also make them once you have finished making the filling for the roll
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, carrots and peas sprinkle some salt and stir fry on medium heat until the carrots is cooked.

Fold the two opposite ends of the flat paratha over the filling. Start rolling the paratha from one open end over the two folded sides. Roll the entire paratha tightly and wrap a foil or butter paper around it.
