- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- pinch Asafoetida (hing)
- 2 Kokum (Malabar Tamarind)
- 1/4 cup Jaggery , (adjust according to taste)
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt , to taste To Grind
- 4 Dry Red Chilli
- 2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
- 1/4 cup Fresh coconut , grated
