- 18 grams Tamarind
- 2 tablespoon Dry Red Chilli
- 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- Salt , to taste
How to make Malabar Style Dates Coriander Chutney Recipe
We begin making the Malabar Style Dates Chutney Recipe by grinding all the ingredients together in a mixer. Add about 1/4 cup water and grind it into a smooth paste.
Pour it in an air tight container and store it for 2 days or you can serve it immediately.
