- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Milk , as needed

To begin making Narikol Pitha Recipe - Sweetened Coconut Fritter, in a frying pan, dry roast coconut and sugar until light brown in color. Once done turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
In a bowl, add all purpose flour, browned coconut and sugar and slowly add milk to form a stiff dough.
