Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Onion , thinly sliced
- 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
- 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
- 2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) , finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
- Salt , to taste
How to make Onion Raita Recipe - Pyaz Ka Raita Recipe
To begin making the Onion Raita Recipe, slice the onions and chop the green chilli, mint and coriander leaves.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, salt, and jeera powder and whisk well until smooth.
Next add water to adjust the consistency and add the onions, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves. Mix well to combine. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
