- 1 Onion , finely shopped

- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese , (any cheese)
- 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) , crushed
- Salt and Pepper , to taste

To begin making the Papaya Salad prep all the ingredients and keep them ready.
Take a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients, the papaya, onions, roasted peanuts, parsley leaves, lemon juice, feta cheese, roasted peanuts, salt and pepper.
Adjust the lemon and seasonings to suit your taste.
