- 2 Carrot (Gajjar) , grated
- 1 Apple , sliced to julienne
- 3 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , pound
- 1 Green Chilli , chopped
- 2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) , chopped For the Dressing
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- Salt , to taste

To begin making the Raw Papaya, Apple & Carrot Salad Recipe, keep all the vegetables and fruit ready for the salad.
In a mixing bowl, add the grated carrot, papaya, apples, and green chilies. Mix well. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
