Spiced Turnips with Spinach Recipe
Spiced Turnips with Spinach Recipe is a nutrient-packed spicy side for Indian bread like naan, chapati or parathas. My mom used to feed this with hot chapatis saying that they were actually potatoes since I never used to like the idea of turnips. But once I grew older enough to understand its nutritional benefits, I started liking turnips as well.
Did you know: Turnip is a good source of vitamin C, A, K and calcium.
