Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) , chilled
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey , or cane sugar (depending on the sweetness of strawberries)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
- 5 Strawberries , chopped
- Mint Leaves (Pudina) , as required and chopped
- Ice cubes , optional, as required
How to make Strawberry Yogurt Lassi Recipe
To begin making the Strawberry Yogurt Lassi, remove the head which is the green part of strawberries and chop them roughly.
Add all the ingredients including curd, milk, honey, cardamom powder, strawberries and ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.
Add more milk or water to adjust to the consistency according to your preference.
Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint leaves and slices of strawberries. Serve the Strawberry Yogurt Lassi chilled.

Use fresh yogurt. It should be sweet and not sour.
Instead of cardamom powder, you can use a few drops of vanilla essence/extract or even rose essence.
