- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- Ice cubes , as needed
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) , tightly packed
- Cashew nuts , chopped, as required
- Whole Almonds (Badam) , chopped, as required
- Pistachios , chopped, as required
How to make Sweet Mint Lassi Recipe
To begin making the Sweet Mint Lassi Recipe, put yogurt with mint leaves & honey in a blender jar.
Blend the Pudina lassi till it is smooth and frothy.
Pour mint lassi into a serving glass with few ice cubes, sprinkle some chopped cashews, badam, pistachios on top and serve.
