  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • Ice cubes , as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) , tightly packed
  • Cashew nuts , chopped, as required
  • Whole Almonds (Badam) , chopped, as required
  • Pistachios , chopped, as required

How to make Sweet Mint Lassi Recipe

  1. To begin making the Sweet Mint Lassi Recipe, put yogurt with mint leaves & honey in a blender jar.

  2. Blend the Pudina lassi till it is smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour mint lassi into a serving glass with few ice cubes, sprinkle some chopped cashews, badam, pistachios on top and serve.
