- 1 Avocado , sliced and mashed
- 3 Shallots
- 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped For Cabbage salad
- 1 cup Purple cabbage , shredded
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a blender, add shallots and garlic cloves and grind them into fine paste.
