To begin making the Thai Style Kai Jeow Moo Sab, we will first break the eggs in a bowl, add the minced egg, soy sauce, spring onions and season it with salt.
Beat the eggs for about 10 minutes till it fluffs up. Heat a flat kadai with 4 tablespoon oil and leave the oil to heat and once it starts to smoke up add the egg slowly.
Cook the egg on one side for about 3 minutes and flip it over and cook on the other side as well for another 3 minutes.
