- 1 liter Soy milk , or almond milk
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Cane sugar , or coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 60 grams Chocolate Bar , dairy free , chopped (optional)
How to make Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe
To prepare Vegan hot Chocolate Recipe, get prep with all the ingredients first.
In a Saucepan add cocoa powder, cane sugar, salt, vanilla and 1/2 cup of soy milk into a Blender and whisk until ingredients have combined smoothly. Now whisk in the remaining soy milk (or almond milk).
Turn on the heat and slowly bring it to a boil and turn off the heat and drop the dairy free chocolate (if using) and stir.
Alternately, break chocolate and divide into 4 cups (optional), pour the hot chocolate into the cups.
