- 1-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Oil , or vegetable oil
- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) , 1 or 2 tbsp more if required
- 1 Apple , peeled and diced small
- 1 Apple , peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds

To begin making the Eggless Whole wheat Apple Cake Recipe, preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease and dust your loaf pan or bundt cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of the stand mixer, add all the ingredients except the chopped apples.
