Gongura Pappu, a sour dal which is a delicious combination of dal and gongura leaves and is made in many South Indian households, especially Andhra. The gongura leaves are rich in Iron, therefore very good to include in your everyday meals. Along with it, we have served Chikkudukaya Vepudu which is a simple stir fry where Broad Beans are cooked with coconut and basic masalas.
These two we have served with Ghee Rice which is a flavourful rice and has an amazing aroma from all the dry spices. It goes well with these two dishes, but you can also serve Steamed Rice with this meal. To complete the meal, we have served Curd and Elai Vadam.
