- 2 cups Yellow Moong Dal (Split) , rinsed in a few change of water
- 1/4 cup Rice , rinsed
- 1 Whole Eggs , optional
- 2 cloves Garlic , finely minced
- 1 1/2 cups Kimchi , chopped and also kimchi juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 sprig Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) , chopped
- Salt and Pepper , to taste
- 1 Green Chilli , for garnish, optional
How to make Anhui Style Bean Pancake with Kimchi Recipe
We begin making the Anhui Style Bean Pancake with Kimchi Recipe by soaking the rice and moong dal for 8 hours in water.
