  • 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut , (flakes)
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder , (or chocolate protein)
  • 1/3 cup Almond butter , or Peanut BUtter
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup , or Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
