- 300 grams Spinach Leaves (Palak) , rinsed and chopped
- 1/2 cup Del Monte Cheesy Garlic Mayo
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
- 2 sprigs Parsley leaves , finely chopped
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil , for cooking
- Salt , to taste
- Cheddar cheese , to sprinkle on top

To begin making the Creamy Spinach Dip Made with Cheesy Garlic Mayo, first chop the spinach fine and keep the remaining ingredients ready on the cooking counter. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Heat a teaspoon olive oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach, sprinkle just a little salt and saute until the spinach wilts down and cooks through completely.
